To play someone out. To not keep your word. To make a fictitious story or plot to make someone go in circles trying to figure out the truth.

Man...I was suppose to meet Stephanie at the restaurant at 7pm. She told me specifically 7pm but she didn't show or call. She didn't have to spihn me!
