Otis is the kind of guy who loves a nice pint when the times right; and has a passion for football, although Fifa does it for him. He is a ladies man but fears commitment. Otis' are often on the shorter side, but they make up for it in other areas ;-) He is confident, and his charming smile makes him irresistibly cute. People who are otis' have no life, and are often rather stupid. They have the lights on, but nobody's home.
Some bald children can be otis' too, they are very ugly and unwanted. But they may grow out of this name by getting better looking. For most though, this doesn't happen and they remain ugly unwanted children and rot the streets and inhabit dwellings no other people could imagine. Otis' really are dispicable people.
