What is ostrobogulous?
A word denoting things that are slightly risque or indecent, or simply bizarre, and/or strange. Most often used in a humorous manner.
Jim: Did you see that new strippers outfit?
Jack: Yes sir I did. It was quite ostrobogulous if I do say so myself.

Guy: Lady Gaga's latest outfit is the most ostrobogulatory yet!
