What does "norwich" mean?
A footballing term to signify when a team widely acknowledged as being vastly superior* to their league opponents in every respect play rubbish and end up losing convincingly (say 2-0 or more) to the aforementioned bunch of opposing chumps. Started being used sometime after April 2005, when the first known example occurred.
* It is well known that it is impossible for Liverpool to be norwiched, since they are in no way superior to any team in any respect, regardless of what any of their fanbase would tell you.

Overall, a nasty place that the sun never shines on, the snow never leaves, and icy cold celebacy rules with an iron chastity belt.

I went to Norwich a few months ago and I'm telling you the girls round there were gorgeous! Think it must be because its the biggest place for miles around and attracts all of East Anglia's stunners. Just a shame that it is such a pain to get to. Can drive to Leeds in the time it takes to get to Norwich from London.
