Nezi is an awesome name and originated from Europe, Nezi is a person that is chill, understanding, and trust-worthy. Slang term for marijuana originating somewhere in New Jersey circa 2014.
Its a butchered contraction of the word "chinese", as in getting high, hence the typical droopy or squinty eyes after getting stoned. Pronounced, nayzee. Describes weed itself. The word is also conveniently used when speaking with friends in public as a code word for weed.
