Neecee's are generally from the proverbial "wrong side of the tracks." They are usually loud, love god and are coupon enthusiasts. The name generally evokes a sense of annoyance and anxiety.

Neece - what is it?
Neecee’s are usually a lovely girl with a calm nature, she can seem shy at first but once you get to know her she’s the craziest girl you know. She is very stubborn but cute and she only trusts a few people and barely ever opens up to others. Neecee’s are very intelligent but procrastinate a lot. She also has an amazing body with the most beautiful eyes and is very trustworthy.

What does "neece" mean?
When someone's chat/banter is weak or self indulgent. Usually used by the scapegoat of a group to try and creep their way up the social hierarchy but by using neece banter they have achieved quite the opposite.

Used when describing close acquaintances whose banter or chat can only be described as smelly or stinky. Usually talking crap to gain cred or being perceived as cool, their chat typically achieves the opposite.
