What does "narc" mean?
narc is short for narcotics officer. It is used to refer to someone who tells a figure of authority about drug use.
To narc is the action of telling an authority figure about drug use.

Narc - what does it mean?
the lowest form of human being on this earth. a person who in first grade is labeled as a "tattler". Most commonly used while talking about someone who tattled on them for having or doing drugs.

Narc - meaning
1. (n) Narcotics, any drug (legal or illegal) containing opiates made from the opium poppy, such as Morphine, Coedine, and Heroin. They can be in pill form, a powder mixed in water, or in a solution to be injected directly in the blood stream.

6. (v) To voluntarily file a police report, or to falsify nuisances, with the intent of having legal and/or criminal actions taken on an individual for illegaly using drugs
