What is lurcher?
A person that hears a really good joke or expression, steals it, then changes it to slightly make it as though it was his own.
Cam was telling a joke to Dan and Dan said Mick had already told him a slightly different version. "That Mick cunt", said Cam "He stole my funniest joke. What a fucking lurcher!"

Lurcher - what is it?
The kind of child or person you would find creeping around your attic without your knowledge; a creeper or stalker.
"Man, that boy Timmy is sooo creepy!"

What does "lurcher" mean?
noun (plural: lurchers); a person-usually a friend-who is included in private internet chat rooms but takes no active part in the conversation. Unlike a common internet 'lurker,' a lurcher is creepy like Lurch from the Adam's family.

Lurcher - what does it mean?
An offshoot of the sighthound branch of mans best friend, the dog, Lurchers are generally a mix of Greyhound and Collie but pretty much any type of rangy dog will do. A true Lurcher can often be spotted by his inability to resist stealing your dinner when you answer the phone.
