An inflated ego is someone by the name of Quinton that consistently brags about games that "He" is slightly better then you which in turn, Fuels the heck out of their ego

What does "inflated ego" mean?
Term referring to person(s) who have seen, accomplished and achieved little in life, but are under the false impression that they are high and mighty. They probably are high and likely mighty to few that they SERVE but certainly haven't got the know how to do things beyond their own fantasy world that they live in.
Those 'people' better recognize if they mess with the bull, they will get the horn.

Someone who is so full of themselves their ego might metaphorically burst. This includes thinking of their looks, voice and other aspects a tad bit too fondly.

Someone who not only has A VERY BIG AMOUNT OF CONFIDENCE but maybe just a bit too much. AKA When the ego is "inflated" hence the name, it means its bigger then the norm, which could get obnoxious.
