A short term for Phillipino. These people think that they are better than everyone else coz they are part asian part latin. They talk alotta shit but when theres a fight or something, they're the first to run away.

3. an individual who speaks one of the following languages: cebuano, tagalog, ibunug, visayan etc. when speaking in their provincial dialect, they speak quickly and are almost impossible to understand to an outsider filo. however, to those outside of the provinces they are limited in their language and so often use english for obscure words.
4.an individual in a multicultural community, they often speak in tagalog when swearing or when conversing with a fellow filo may also be called flip, flipster, etc
5.can also be referred to as a "freshie" however this term is only in proper use when the individual has migrated from the phillipines in less than two years
