Perry is the beloved pet of Phineas, Ferb and Candice. He does not speak. Instead he makes a little platypus noise. Dr. Doofenshmirtz's plans are never great ones and he always gives Perry the Chance to ruin his plans, also, his "evil" plans are somewhat ridiculous. For example.
