When an individual comes to the explosive realization that something has gone very terribly wrong.

Diarrheal - what is it?
Something that is related to diarrhea. It uses the prefix "al" that means something related to the word it was added. (E.G Anal means something related to the anus)

What does "diarrheal" mean?

2. The horrible, shitty truth.
