The sweat on a man's scrotum or sack (testicles). Can also refer to the sweat under a woman's breasts.

Cultie - what is it?
A group of girls, most of whom have known each other since preschool, who tend to have the same habits, behaviors, activities, and ideas, yet who are all truly unique.

What does "cultie" mean?
Upstate new yorker slang for a leftie who argues using dogma and programming and dismisses all evidence in favor of a pre-prepared “argument” usually consisting of “but (something already addressed is false) though so why are you still trying to assert this?” and without fail will attempt to change the subject or shut down the conversation with said “argument.” Due to this type of conversation avoidance being near identical to cult programming, the words “leftie” and “cultist” were fused together.
