What is crying session?
Basically, a crying session 😢 is somthing I have to do way to much to make sure I don’t explode. My friends are worried. I put on my songs to cry to playlist and eat litterly a whole gallon of ice cream then crap a whole ton the next day. The point is, depression sucks. And it’s not cool. 😔

a section of your day, preferably scheduled, that is reserved specifically for bawling your eyes out until you can’t feel anymore. my favorite part of the day.
“sorry, i can’t hang out tonight. i have a crying session at 7.”
