What is cottonpicker?
When an uncircumcised man takes his pants off from a long day at work, sweat and all the fuzzies from his boxers/briefs is stuck to the inside of a man’s foreskin.
The harvesting of this mixture under the foreskin is considered to be cottonpicking.
