What is bullfuckery?
its either meant as fucking a bull, or used as a slang term to define the bullshit you witnessed.

Bullfuckery - what is it?
When a situation is so unbelievably stupid that phrases such as "Bullshit" or "Horseshit" just don't cut it.
My wife's boyfriend told me my bedtime is an hour later this month because I am grounded, this is bullfuckery!
What does "bullfuckery" mean?
To describe somthing that is bullshit yet fuckery aswell and it's fun to say
