Ballyhoo - what is it?
Short for ‘Master of Catastrophe Ballyhoo’
MC Ballyhoo is character first appearing in Mario Party 8. He is best known for his boastful laugh, exited personality, and thirst for catastrophe. In terms of design, no one really knows what exactly he is, however he does have nigga lips, a fancy purple tuxedo and a sentient hat named Big Top.

What does "ballyhoo" mean?
After falling asleep with a woman (or man) you aren't proud you just had sex with, you wake and go in the bathroom and poop. You do not wipe your ass. When you get back to the bed, you wipe your dirty ass on the sheets and then roll her (him) over into it. Suggest you leave before morning. The Ballyhoo! Kleenex.

Ballyhoo - what does it mean?
Ballyhoo is a delightful term for a noisy and extravagant commotion or display, often used to grab attention or create excitement. It's like a grand parade of chaos and fanfare, where everyone's trying to outdo each other in making a spectacle. Imagine a circus arriving in a small town - that's some real ballyhoo!

A world class regaee/rock band that consists of 4 talented womanizers, cobblers, and horse rapists. The name of the band is synonomous with the talents they posess as a collective and may be used as an action descriptor.
