Antichrist Superstar is an epic rock opera / concept album about a nobody called "The Worm" who transforms himself from a self-abusive demagogue into an apocalyptic Nietzschean ubermensch. How fucking epic is that?
Shock-rock band Marilyn Manson's second legitimate album, released in 1996. Many count it as the third, when they include his Smells Like Children remix EP.
The album includes three main singles, "The Beautiful People", "Tourniquet" and "The Man That You Fear", and is considered a "concept album", in a three-part storyline about an abused and apathetic character, the Worm, who becomes a big rock star and finally becomes the Almighty Disentegrator.
The album is a cyclical, as both opening and closing seconds include the distorted phrase "When you are suffering, know that I have betrayed you." When the album is placed on loop, the pacing between the sentences matches that of the additional distorted recitation found in the preceding hidden track.
CD CASE:
It has elaborate packaging, consisting of a black cardstock sleeve covering the plastic jewel case with graphics of Manson on both the front and back, the latter of which is flanked by the red Superstar Shock logo and the roman numerals IX, VI, III and VII. The booklet contains pictures of the band, a visual worm-to-angel metamorphosis, symbols related to the Kabbalah, medical diagrams, printed lyrics to each song, and liner notes including traditional thanks and credits as well as a curious entry found under the lyrics to the song "Irresponsible Hate Anthem", stating it was recorded live on February 14, 1997, despite the album being released well before that in October of 1996.

The AntiChrist is a person. I have feelings, I breathe and live (sometimes). Poison doesnβt affect me physically, but hurts my psyche. I am actually a good person. Trust me. I beat Ahri at chess.
Oh wowthe AntiChrist is really a cool dude. He helps people until they help him. Never killed anyone, except himself.
Junior grimes. Trust me it just makes sense. This little fucker thinks heβs undetected because heβs sooo βinnocentβ but we know his secret. his name LITERALLY means βfilthy childβ as in filthy as sin. And sin is impure. And junior means child, as in son. So heβs the son of sin.
Maybe a coincidence but jesus christ is the opposite of junior grimes. that grimes kid needs to go down ASAP!
Not much proof that he is (or is there?) but Thereβs also no proof that he ISNT either
Junior grimes the son of trump is indeed the Antichrist, sent here to abolish order and bring chaos as well as breaking everyoneβs faith in βgodβ
