What is aesthetic?
To be artsy but often mistaken as "scene", "fashion core" or "indie". Creative, chill, mystique, and enjoys art in general. (photography, painting/sketching, films, fashion, etc.) Being able to see and appreciate beauty through obscure situations and non-trendy apparel. Does not care so much for the things in magazines. Basically, truly being an individual without having to try and just living life, taking it one day at a time.

A word overused by cringy 13 year olds who fake depression and think billie eilish and wearing binbags and overloading your face with ugly cheap blush is cute.

1) something that looks beautiful and/or pleasing to the eye
2) often used as a kinda of "genre" something could be given
eg: grunge aesthetic or pastel aesthetic
1) "your instagram is so aesthetic!"
2) "those doc martens are sooo grunge aesthetic"

A word typically used by teenage girls to say something looks good. So much so that the main definition of the word has been lost. Used to mean something that looks pretty or the appreciation of beauty, but now it means anything that looks good to a teenage girl.
