When you are in fortnite and throw smoke grenades into the opponents base. Then proceede to shoot rockets into the smoke

What does "WALUIGI TIME" mean?
A time, initiated by Waluigi or another party who favors Waluigi. When Waluigi Time is in effect, all other actions at that moment are to be stopped, and all attention must be focused on the shenanigans and mayhem that the starter is allowed to cause. Can also be used to render another's argument invalid. One is also obligated to yell "waaaa" at random intervals. Crotch chopping is optional, but approved.
Inspired by the hilarious webcomic Brawl In The Family, when Waluigi made his eponymous appearance, and was so well liked he made repeat appearances.
