Being a twat is doing something idiotic, doesn't matter the scene.
One of those examples of being a twat is the YouTube channel Brave Wilderness;
doing something intentional - like purposely being stung by a bullet ant - for their job.
A friend is going to attempt to jump off of your roof onto your trampoline into the pool.

Pronounced with a short a, rather than a short o (I have no idea where American directors get their pronunciation from), 'twat' is a rather vulgar word of British origin that refers to a woman's sexual organs.
A person can be a 'twat', the same way they can be a penis (see dick) or something used for cleaning said twat (see douche). It is usually used to mean someone is stupid or mean.
Me: I am a nice, well-behaved girl. I refuse to use such offensive words merely for the purpose of giving Urban Dictionary an example of how to use it.

TWATS or T.W.A.T.S military type jargon acronym for The War Against Terrorist Supremecy. Often used by those wanker journalsts, who are fond of using terms like 9/11, WTC, ACM and IED and 'The Sandpit', to establish some 'cred' for themselves.
Oh yeah, I've been following TWATS since before 9/11. The use of IED's by ACM has certainly increased in 'The Sandpit', since then.
