To be completely tripped out on LSD. I have never heard the Meth reference, but then again I don't hang out with people that do meth.

To be under the influence of almost any stimulant, such as meth, straight speed, or cocaine, though admittedly most oft used in reference to being high on crystal methamphetamine.

What does "Spun" mean?
A state of mind that exists because of using an amphetamine for a prolonged amount of time through repeated ingestion. The chemical affect has reached a saturation point where reality is distorted. Mental focus and direction can not be achieved until detoxification.
