What is School's out?
High School Block Out: When one with purpose hits the mental control/alt/delete to block out not so great memories or simply to remove clutter from the brain to store more useful information.
Another sentence scenario a former certain someone (name not to be mentioned) tries to friend you on FB and you receive this message "so and so wants to be your friend on FB" Reply "I'm sorry who are you again, I HSBO'd a shit load of ppl from HS and I can't seem to recall you, so you must have been deleted from my hard drive as being either A) unimportant or B) clutter; now which category do you fall under because now I'm going to have to dig up my yearbook".
In a sentence "Hey, do your remember me I was in Speech with you"? Me, "Umm, no I not only HSBO (High School Block Out) you, but I HSBO'd Speech Class altogether, now piss off".

A person by the name of Jesse, preferably Jesse Katsopolis, who is a badass, rocked a mullet at some point in his life, and was in a band called Jesse and the Rippers, who dropped out of high school. brofro
Donna Jo(DJ): "Hey uncle Jesse will you help me with the stay in school project that i'm doing?".
Uncle Jesse replied: "No, you know why, because i am a High School Drop Out Jesse"
What does "School's out" mean?
Ironical, douche thing to say when a large group of young people show up somewhere all at once. Must be said in a very loud voice so as to be overheard by the young'uns.
Freshly arrived young patrons mill about at Tijuana Flats.
"Looks like school's out!" says douche guy in an ironic tone.
Kids regard douche guy with impotent annoyance.
School's out - what does it mean?
When a high school kid tricks out his inadequate car (usually a cheap Asian import but is not limited to crappy domestic and European cars) to make it look and sound like it is fast when really it’s slow and sounds like a lawn mower on steroids. This is often done because they cannot obtain a real performance car because of the lack of funds. High schooling out includes a big oversized spoiler, large exhaust pipes, stupid performance stickers, and a John Deere intake kit for that high performance lawnmower sound.
"Hey, did you guys check out Timmy's wheels?" "Yes, its really high schooled out!"
