What is Picadilly?
this is a word that means practically anything. you can use this word in any situation, any sentence, any conversation... you name it. this word for me works best while talking in a country accent. it sounds much more exquisite and sharp that way.
A RUDE CONVERSATION:
"hey, i overheard you talking about guppy. HE'S GODDAMN MINE YOU PICADILLY PERK."
A WELCOMING CONVO:
