When you stay at home with nothing to do other than wait for your friend to come back from whatever plans they have that day. It is inspired by the episode of Spongebob Squarepants titled "New Student Starfish", when Patrick is upset that Spongebob has to go to school and can't hang out. Spongebob asks Patrick, "What do you normally do while I'm gone?" To which Patrick replies, "Wait for you to get back!"
Friend A: "Sorry, I can't hang out right now, I have work until ten."
Friend B: "That's okay, I'll just be Patrick Starring until you get out."
What does "Patrick star" mean?
The patrick star is when every appendage you have is inside a girl. Basically you are having sex with six girls at the same time using every part of you that you physically can. It is theoretically the most poon a single man can ever snatch.

Patrick Star is a pink star fish on the Nickelodian hit cartoon "Spongebob Squarepants". He is the the stupidist character on the show yet somehow comes up with the funniest one liners. Also good to watch after smoking an ounce or two.

The cornucopia of awesome, Patrick is a dumb, pink starfish that often hangs out with his best pal Spongebob, as they wander around their hometown, Bikini Bottom, blessing the ocean with their stupidity. He is the dumber of the two (and that's saying something), but often has sudden bursts of genius, which disappear faster than they came. He is also the funnier of the two because he has the most badass voice and also because he had reached the absolute zenith of stupidity. That's right, Patrick Star had mastered the art of dumbassness (in a good way).
