NASCAR's - what is it?

The most underrated sport that receives so much unnecessary hate. Ignorant fucks who pee sitting down believe that Nascar is not a sport because it requires no physical strength and is as easy as turning left. these imbeciles are terribly wrong as drivers experience so much mental stress as well as physical exhaustion and experience a rush not present in any other sport; not mentioning that the drivers are fucking insane and have balls the size of Jupiter with each testicle weighing in at about 554554 megatons respectively. Racecars are no where near as similar as every poorly built street car and jackasses insist that any Nascar racecar is your typical Sunday beach cruiser. Yes the races can be extremely slow and boring but it is commonly found more amusing than 90 minutes of a scoreless soccer game or fishing. Nascar started in the blue collar South, thus dubbing every person associated with Nascar as an "inbred redneck". A hefty majority of the sport is definitely hickish, however, most of the drivers are studs who have hotter wives than any NFL player including a few who have college degrees. Stating that Nascar is not a sport is identical to stating that golf is not a sport based on the fact that your ignorant ass can't pick out the physical and mental demands present in both sports.

Preston Teabag the Third: "nascar is so easy i bet anyone can do it"
Nascar fan: "Why don't you hop in and try?"
Preston Teabag the third: *hops in* "which one is the gas and why are there three pedals?"

What does "NASCAR's" mean?

An American stock car auto racing series. Certainly used to be fun to watch, then CEO Brian France destroyed it with the Chase for the Cup, the Car of Tomorrow, and his incessant ways of changing the rules, letting Jimmie Johnson cheat and win, and trying to be the auto racing monopoly of the United States. Sorry Brian, but your racing series is a corrupt good ol' boys society.

DW: That NASCAR race sure is exciting out there, look who's cheat... leading out there, ol 5-time Jimmie in the Lowe's Car!

Larry: NASCAR is certainly playing favori-

NASCAR's - what does it mean?

An often overlooked, derided, misunderstood and underappreciated form of American Motorsport; founded in the late 1940's (1947 or 1948; depending on your sources); during WWII and the Great Depression.

It began in a similar fashion to horse racing. (People betting on cars and racers for money. And the drivers racing on sandy beaches, before pavement.)

Superficial people often do not understand it; but it is a Motorsport that requires betting, method and strategy. Almost like Chess or Checkers put on wheels. It is often thought of as "boring" to non-watchers because it is a complex Sport that requires a lot of knowledge about the drivers, the way the cars run, the teams, the team members and the Championship rewards.

A lot of people believe that it's just driving around in circles and takes no skill; but this is not true. The cars are totally different from normal cars. They have no power-steering; and require some of the best handling setups, engines and car parts/equipment that is either bought or developed by the Motorsport teams. Racing in NASCAR is extremely stressful and may require physical fitness. It is a very exhausting Sport, both physically and mentally. The pit crew also must be very skilled and equipped to change the cars fuel, tires and setup in time (usually under 20 seconds) to get their driver back out on the track; and beat the others on time; without making any mistakes as well.

It is a Sport that requires lots of strategy, patience, perseverance, risk-taking, tolerance for frustration, and is actually attracted by a lot of Engineers and intellectuals.

Racers can be extremely skilled but have shoddy equipment or underfunded teams (such as a piston, tire or engine blowing.) and vice versa. Racing teams and drivers often attempt to work their way up over the years; from rags to riches. Starting at the bottom and attempting to make it to the top.

It is mostly seen as an underground (or started as) an underground Sport among the American working class. Capitalism and Sponsorship did not come into NASCAR until the late 1960s or 1970s; and the Sport actually started a bit poor and underground. Today it is actually one of the most richest and watched Sports in the USA; often rivaling the NFL (American football) and NBA (Basketball) in terms of yearly watchers and ratings.

Ex.
"The 1980s and the 1990s were the best racing years of NASCAR."

"Dale Earnhardt was a very talented and an often very renowned and beloved racing icon in NASCAR."

"Anyone who doesn't watch NASCAR remembers that racer kid Jeff Gordon in the 1990s and his domination of the Sport; and know more about him than NASCAR itself," (LOL)

NASCAR's - definition

An event in which big car-shaped billboards, bearing the names of hundreds of corporations, are somehow driven around a track at very high speeds by smaller, human-shaped billboards

I don't understand how NASCAR does it. How do they get those billboards to go around the track so fast?

NASCAR's

The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing. It is the fastest growing motorsport sanctioning body in the world, and has divisions in the US, Canada, Mexico, and now Europe. It is commonly used as the object of bigotry by many people, claiming only trashy southern people watch and compete in it and that the cars only make left turns. NASCAR competes on a wide variety of ovals and a handful of lengthy road courses in its top-two divisions, and the majority of incoming drivers that are hired into the Sprint Cup Series actually come from the north in this day and age. Contrary to popular belief, auto racing is very physically demanding, with a driver typically losing 10 pounds during a race. It also does require skill, and even road course racing veterans experience difficulties on ovals when they crossover to NASCAR.

1st guy: Hey, did you watch the NBA last night?

2nd guy: Nah, I was watching a great NASCAR race.

1st guy: Why do you watch a bunch of rednecks in cars make left turns?

2nd guy: Why do you watch a bunch of black guys in shorts run back and forth?
