Both the Macho traits and the feminine equal, are typically superficial, sometimes expressed simply do to the physical structure of the person;A heavily muscled man will have a macho walk, and a slim man wont have a macho walk.
A man can be masculine, but is not necessarily macho, because he lacks the physical form.
