Minor brain dysfunction. Mbd was what you called persons (often childs) that had adhd or add before it had its current name.
I belive this person has a mbd because he/she act very unusual.

Various events are held, The most important is the Winter Tournament,
Other minor tournaments include the October tournament and the Spring and Summer tournament.

Mbd stands for Mental break down
An mbd is when you let all your emotions build up to the point where they all burst out at once. You cry & you scream and everything bad in your life seems to be piled up into one. There's almost no way to calm down at the moment , but you'll soon realize that was a sense of relief. Mbd's could be prevented by talking to someone YOU TRUST about your problems regularly, rather than keeping them to yourself. Mbd's can last 20 minutes or days. If you're having mbd's regularly for about a month or more, its depression. Stay positive!
