The term that I like to preface my call to IT with when I know the solution is simple or I'm probably doing something wrong...but fuck if I can figure it out.

What does "ID10T" mean?
Id10T error is a common term used by the IT helpdesk to describe an error on a users confuser.
After repeatedly attempting to help the user fix a confuser glitch, the IT personnel will give up in frustration and claim the error is an “Id 10 T” error and the user needs to contact Microsoft support.

A form commonly used in U.S. bureaucracy, mostly military, as a form of light hazing for fresh recruits assigned to their first duty unit.
This works because of the way you say it as writing it down gives it away; it is pronounced "Eye Dee Ten Tango" as in "You forgot to get an id10t form from administration when you in-processed, go back and get one".
