What is Hoevember?
Taking a vacation from meaningful relationships during the month of November, in order to "sow one's oats" as it were.
ex: " we're celebrating Hoevember by partying at a different club every night-no boyfriends allowed-and if you go home with the same guy twice you're no longer allowed!!"
