What is Harrised?
The act of planning (sometimes for months) with a group of friends to attend a specific activity or event, then the day of said event, cancelling to attend another activity or event. Usually the person Harrising out, utilizes a shitty lie to notify his friends of the cancellation. The now victimized group of friends almost always recognizes the act of Harrisment, due to the very frequent, over-utilization of such by a single person.

They will also arrange to do things, they will sound excited about this arrangement of events, however on the day of the event they will pull out and not go due to them being tired or just can't be assed.
