An increasingly popular nickname for Floridaβs deranged and corrupt Governor due to his longstanding stint as an accomplished torturer once upon a time in the Cuban-American superprison.
Guantanamo Rickβs shenanigans with sending naive and unsuspecting immigrants into Americaβs big cities as a political stunt is spawned by the cruelty he practiced on a daily basis and he actually considers it a favor to them, in a weird way, because he is not sadistically torturing or killing them.
