What is Glavin?
To subvert your new employers business through deception, misdirection or blatant espionage in the purpose of aiding one's former employer. Rooted in the performance of former major leaguer and future hall of famer, Tom Glavine when he signed with New York as a free agent and successfully ended the Mets playoff aspirations in 2007. Upon which he immediately resigned with his former team and division rival Atlanta.
When Tommy started working for Dairy Queen, he skimped on toppings, intentionally overcharged customers and slapped an old lady in an attempt to glavine them for Baskin and Robbins
