When someone preaches some truths, you use this phrase (usually in comment sections online) as a way of agreeing.
For instance on Facebook you may have:
Person A: "You should never blame a whole group of people for the actions of a few people within that group!"

What does "For The People In The Back" mean?
when somebody says something so many times you are annoyed and ask them to say it one more time so even the people in the back can hear
"hey can you say it one more time for the people in the back"
