What is Doogie Howser?
Coined from the 80's TV Show of the same name, a "Doogie Howser" is some kid with a genius level IQ. They generally excel in all academics, and are smarter than their peers.
Phil: Hey Steve, it's Friday night! You wanna party?
Steve: No, I need to stay in and peruse my studies. I have that Calculus exam in a week, and I need to prepare myself.
Phil: Okay Doogie Howser...have fun nerding it up!

Doogie Howser - what is it?
Doogie Howser; a small piece of poo which remains stuck to the hair in the entrance of the asshole after making stool. Named after an American TV show in the early 1990's Starring Neil Patrick Harris (NPH).
Mark: "Samantha? Can you give me a hand in the bathroom? I have a Doogie Howser and I need you to cut it out for me"
What does "Doogie Howser" mean?
To turn off the monitor on your computer when someone enters the room, like NPH did on his show.
"Did you just Doogie Howser your screen?"
"Yeah, I don't want you to look at my porn."
Doogie Howser - what does it mean?
1. Character portrayed by Neil Patrick Harris “Doogie Howser M.D.” from 1989 – 1993.
2. Someone who resembles this same character who is a total nerd.
Jerry: "Look at the way Fredrick parked his whip!"
James: "Who?"
Jerry: "You know, Doogie Howser!"
James: "Oh, Doogie, what an Ass Muncher!"
