Also written as Digga or Digger, is a slang word used by German speaking people meaning fella, friend, buddy or dude.
Diggah is actually nothing less but white people getting away with saying nigga.

Derived from ESPN sports ANALyst Digger Phelps. Means to have sweat glistening sex with a chick. Diggah(Dig her out) Phelps(Pussy).

What does "Diggah" mean?
Diaggah (also Digga or Digger) is a german word for bro or dude used by younger people.
It comes from the german word "dick" (german word for fat), but as people from Hamburg have a dialct they can't say the "ck" so they say a "gg" instad.
The German language can make adjectives into nouns so e.g. groß (tall)> Große/r (person who is tall); klein(short)> Kleine/r (person who is short or younger) (usually this form is used by old people when talking to younger people).
So in the word "digger" an "er" is added because of this Form (in the Word Digger only the masculine form is used, otherwise it would sound strange (digge??) Unlike the examples shown).
The diggah with the "ah" at the end is just another form of digger, but is now used more often because it has a softer pronunciation than digger.
Some people also say "diggi", which is just another changed form.
The word Digger or Diggah has nothig to do with the word n-word.
