A way to tell someone to stop tickling parts of your body that have been named.
He was tickling my belly button named Fred so I said "Babushka, Fred the Navel says!" He then stopped tickling Fred.

A crazy lady that has been around forever, disowns her grandchildren, and chases people with a stick. To some she is known as Oma or Grandma.
