A person who says the word, "kawaii" consistently, because of their kawaii obsession.

PERSON B: "You're such a weabo."
What does "weabo" mean?
A person any person who may seem normal at first. But then when you start talking to them they start talking about they're favorite anime, and only that. This type of person typically gets mixed up with a weabo extremest, these people are the people who actually cosplay as anime characters.
