When the sleeves from your undershirt surpass your over-shirt.
This usually causes flaring out of the sleeves, making you look like a fool.

Undershirt - what is it?
A vest or undershirt (US) is an article of underwear worn underneath a dress shirt. This Shirt worn by the older generation or a person called Brendon. The Brendon type undershirt wearer also tends to repeatedly sing 'somewhere out there' and sleeps on a deflating blow up mattress.

What does "undershirt" mean?
The ability for an often-times too small t-shirt to be used exclusively as an undershirt, mostly worn under polos. This term refers mostly to preppy teenage males but it can apply to many different male groups.
