When someone overreacts to something menial in a negative, sometimes unprofessional manner. These reactions are out of line, and often aggressive and/or passionate in nature.
Conversation between co-workers
Person A: "Hey, I noticed (insert something stupid that person B did).
Person B: "insert combination of snide comments, expletives, and overall bitchiness"
Later:
Conversation between two friends
Person A: "God, she's so fucking annoying."
Person C: "Yeah, sounds like she was twatting out"
