What is titty splitty?

Occurs when a female places purse strap between her breasts causing clearly defined seperation of the titties, abnormal tightness of surrounding shirt material and sore necks for the double-taking males that are within sight. In addition, a titty splitty allows males to better approximate the size and shape of a woman's breasts.
