Take that to the Bank - what is it?
A game in which 2 people agree to show how much money they have on them and whoever has more on them takes (big bank) takes the money from the person with less money (little bank).

What does "take that to the Bank" mean?
It means a third party can verify /confirm what was said
''Africa is a continent and not a country, take that to the bank if you don't believe.''
Take that to the Bank - what does it mean?
Figurative: "What was said is the absolute truth and can be verified by a third party source." Comes from an obscure reference to cheques (or checks, if you're American), in that such is a guarantee that you can take the document to the bank and redeem it for its face value.
Note the pronoun 'it' can be varied accordingly.
"Mount Everest is the tallest geographical point on this planet, and you can take that to the bank."
