What is sun-eyed girl?

A girl who is blinded by the brilliance of someone else.
comparing to the brilliance of the sun

Found in BECK's song "Girl" in which he claims he could "steal her eye" and that she could "put it out with her dark sunglasses". The sun's radiating rays are both eye catching and piercing and can at times be avoid by wearing shades! It's an amazing song and concept.
