What is straight fool?
When one apologises to another, typically one of African-American origin, and promises to either 1. change what they did, or 2. not do what they did again, the second person would use this phrase to make sure the first understands that he doesn't have power.
"I'm sorry sir, I won't shag your wife again."

1- Some retarded moron that can't think enough to foresee things before they happen and therefore gets owned.
2- A reckless dude that doesn't give a flying fuck about nothing, to a point where he'll do anything stupid or suicidal without giving a fuck about the consequences.
