A stereotype is someone who judges someone by how they look, their race, how they dress, thier 'label', etc.
All preps are bitches.
All goths are anti-social.
All black people are gangsters.

Stereotype - what is it?
A belief based on similarities between people of the same race, class, or religion. Usually absolutly true about most of that group, but offends stupid people.
Stereotypical stereotypes.
Americans are fat.
Canadians don't lock their doors.
Mexicans break into America.
White people are rich.
Black people have wide noses.
Nordic people are blonde-haired and blue-eyed.
French people suck at war.
Russians are hairy.
Germans have schnitzle.
Jews have jagged noses.
Catholics are conservative.
Sunnis don't like Shiites.
Shiites don't like Sunnis.
Australians have funny accents.
Asians are short.
What does "stereotype" mean?
Another word for truth.
Everyone likes to act like it's a bad thing, so they can tell you not to speak truth.
Sometimes, they are incorrect, but 99% of the time, it's exactly what you think.

Stranger: Stop stereotyping cheerleaders! They are the same as everyone else- they are just as smart, too. I bet you wouldn't like a stereotype on you because you said that.

an assumption of a certain group of ppl. the simpsons area perfect example of a stereotypical town. where homer is the fat lazy husband with a dead end job, marge is the housewife that doesnt have a life outside the house, bart is the trouble maker boy, lisa is the forgotten, misunderstood girl, maggie is the quiet baby who never speaks, mr. burns is the evil bossman, apu is the foreign shop keeper, and the polie are lazy ppl who eat donuts all day. all the other characters are self explanitory.
stereotypes seem to be an alternative to ppl who dun weanna get to know other ppl. so they classify them with out gettin the facts.
Common stereotypes:
1) All white ppl hate ppl who are different than them and MUST feel supiorer to them
2) All black ppl are ghetto hoodrats that dont attempt to do anything with their lives
3) All asians are smart ppl who hate everyone who are differnt
4) Muslims and middle easterns all want to blow up ppl
5) All black ppl are good at basketball
6) White ppl or goody goody house wife ppl who want to be more perfect than everyone else and hate it when other ppl get ahead of them in life
7) Black ppl are stupid and ignorant
8) Goths only wear black and theyre always thinkin about life, death, and commiting suicide
9) British ppl are some of the most snooty ppl who disgust everyone, even though they have some of the worst teeth in the world
these are just a few. there are a ton ton more.
Stereotype - meaning
A stereotype is a label given to a person, a prequisite judgement. It goes hand in hand with bias, prejudice, and discrimination.
Joe is a Middle Eastern, "gothic" gay person. Because of this, people assume that he is a morbid, suicidal terrorist that has a strong passion for interior decorating. In fact, he dresses gothic because of the music he listens to, and he likes the style. He is perfectly happy, and is in several school programs to help suicidal kids. He also is a Good Smaritan. He was born in the US and is planning on joining the military as an ROTC scholar. He wants to stop terrorism. He hates design in all ways.

Stereotype - slang
An overly simplified, negative description of a people group with a high statistical probability of being true that is inexpedient to progressive platforms. The new regressive left would like you to blind yourself from the fact that these may ring true, which is preventing people from coming together to have an honest dialogue about causality and realistic solutions. Note that the term "stereotype" will not be applied to overly simplified and probable generalizations that are either supportive of progressive policy conclusions, or demonize/dismiss the opposition. Examples of these include: "All Republicans are older, wealthy white men." "Trump supporters are uneducated and uninformed." "Women don't make as much as men because of institutionalized sexism."
That's a vicious stereotype about (insert favored minority group), and the fact that people believe it is most of the reason why (insert negative outcome caused by stereotype).

A stereotype is used to catergorize a group of people. People don't understand that type of person, so they put them into classifications, thinking that everyone who is that needs to be like that, or anyone who acts like their classifications is one.
Stereotype for Goths are black clothes, black makeup, depressed, hated by society.
Stereotype for Punks are mohawks, spikes, chains, menace to society, always getting in trouble.
Stereotype
A term used to define all people of a certain belief into a mostly negative category that may only reflect a selected few of the racial demographics. All people of all nationalities have been victims of being stereotyped, even those whom have made most of the stereotypes of other people.
Note: Most stereotypes are involuntarily lived out by a small segment of who they are made to offend. Here are a few examples of stereotypes.
1.) That all white women have flat booties.
2.) That all Jews are greedy.
3.) That all blacks are lazy, on welfare, and don't believe in marriage before child barring.
4.) That all Asians are good at math.
5.) That all Arabs are angry people that like to blow shit up.
6.) That ALL black men are hung like elephants.
7.) ALL white men are hung like squirrels.
8.) All blacks crave chicken and watermelon.
9.) All blacks are hostile and will quickly bust a cap in your ass.
10.) That all Mexicans like to drive around 15-17 deep in a small ass car.
11.) That all white people get angry when they cant get jobs and see others moving ahead.
12.) That all Asains like to eat rice and drive slow.
13. That all Irish people are drunks and eat potatoes.
These are just a few..however not everyone live this lifestyle and therefor should be judged on individuality instead of being grouped as a whole.
