What is soulpatch?
Bruising of the forward facing part of the chin, creating a large circular or oval black spot resembling a soulpatch. Usually from fights or random punching of the chin area.
I decided to sneak around my friend denis and give him an enormous nipple twister, simply because he had it coming to him, little did I know he would punch back resulting in me having an Irish soulpatch for the weekend.
