The act of coping a quick, yet passionate, feel of a female's breast in a crowded area. Usually done at parties where the offender who receives said tit action cannot be found when the girl becomes offended.

“That’s So Tits” is an expression used to describe something that is awesome, kick ass, cool, or breathtaking. Originated by Torstein Horgmo in the shred flick “Horgasm” (4:32, 17:12), then made famous by Cartman in South Park's Tooth Fairy's Tats episode. It was then adopted as a code to live by from an impressionable crew of teenage Pacific Northwest up and comers.
