As hipster culture and gentrification continues to run rife around the globe, this acronym allows for your average person to ironically poke fun at the growing number of commercial attempts to appeal to this booming subculture.
Often said in a slight Scandinavian accent to accentuate the barbed criticism; which is at the heart of the phrase.
The phrase is also used in acronym format: SFE.
