What is smacl?
An abbreviaton used to describe a young male who is a loser, but generally loved by everyone. Particularly when above mentioned male is loud, silly, immature, overprotective, jealous for no particular reason, dim-witted, and sings too much.

Smug, mean and contemptuous liberal.
Larry, with his better than thou attitude it's always preaching about tolerance and acceptance of everybody. Larry is just another SMACL to be ignored.
What does "smacl" mean?
To use one's weiner to utterly embarrass another by smacking them accross the face at a high
speed causing a red, weiner-shaped mark to remain on the reciever's cheek which will eventually turn into a
multi-colored bruise that lasts for 14 days; Typically used as an insult.
