What is senior season?

The Spring Semester of college in which you try to only hook up with seniors; they will be graduating and leaving soon, so they won't bother you with calls, texts, or feelings.

Girl 1: I kind of want to hook up with him, but I think he might like me or something...
Girl 2: It's senior season; hit it because he'll go away soon!
